Refund policy

 

RETURN POLICY

All returns must be approved by Ronin Metalworks LLC. All original shipping charges are NON refundable. 

IF your return is approved, a restocking fee of 20% will apply. The customer will be required to submit photos as proof of condition. Your product will be examined after we receive it at our facility to determine its condition before issuing your refund. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in addition to the restocking fee.

There are no returns for any parts that have been used, modified, or installed.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All orders may be cancelled within 5 days of when the order was placed, and will incur a 10% cancellation fee. After 10 days, all cancelled orders will incur a 20% cancellation fee.

This fee covers our administrative costs and the credit card processing fees.

Once a product has left our facility it will fall under our terms established in our Return Policy.
